Come in for baseline ultrasound and bloods ____________________________. This will be Day 1
Day 1 _______ Start estrace 2 mg orally ONCE a day
Day 2 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally ONCE a day
Day 3 ________ Estrace 2 mg orally ONCE a day
Day 4 ________ Estrace 2 mg orally ONCE a day
Day 5 ________ Estrace 2 mg orally ONCE a day
Day 6 ________ INCREASE estrace 2 mg orally TWICE a day
Day 7 ________ Estrace 2 mg orally twice a day
Day 8 ________ Estrace 2 mg orally twice a day
Day 9 ________ Estrace 2 mg orally twice a day
Day 10 _______ INCREASE estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day
Day 11 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day
Day 12 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day
Day 13 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day
Day 14 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day

 

ULTRASOUND and Blood on __________________ When adequate endometrial thickness move to Day 15
DAY 15 _______ Continue Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day and START 0.5 cc Progesterone IM in the evening
Day 16 _______ OOCYTE THAW and ICSI Continue Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day and INCREASE to 1 cc
Progesterone IM in the evening START Azythromycin for 5 days
Day 17 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day and 1 cc Progesterone IM in the evening and Azythromycin .
Portal message with fertilization and embryo transfer instructions
Day 18 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day and 1 cc Progesterone IM in the evening and Azythromycin .
Day 19 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day and 1 cc Progesterone IM in the evening and Azythromycin .
Day 20 _______ Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day and 1 cc Progesterone IM in the evening and Azythromycin .
Day 21 _______ EMBRYO TRANSFER Continue Estrace 2 mg orally THREE times a day and 1 cc Progesterone IM in the
evening every day through to pregnancy test
