Day 4 ________ Leuprolide 5 units and estrace 2 mg orally once a day
Day 5 ________ Leuprolide 5 units and estrace 2 mg orally once a day
Day 6 ________ Leuprolide 5 units and INCREASE estrace 2 mg orally TWICE a day
Day 7 ________ Leuprolide 5 units and estrace 2 mg orally twice a day
Day 8 ________ Leuprolide 5 units and estrace 2 mg orally twice a day
Day 9 ________ Leuprolide 5 units and estrace 2 mg orally twice a day
